Revenue Team

Our Revenue Operation team ensures a smooth buyer experience from the first point of contact to becoming a customer.

 

They streamline the processes and communication channels between us and our buyers. They empower the Revenue Department with critical information, helping make informed decisions that affect the entire company.

 

In essence, they provide the platform and tools that allows Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to do what they do best.

Our Partnerships team finds and cultivates relationships that benefit Easygenerator, our partners, and our customers.

 

The team makes our users’ lives easier by creating seamless integrations between Easygenerator and other learning tools. Doing so also empowers our partners to serve their customers better.

 

Partnerships are essential to our growth as a company and our ability to deliver more value– whether it’s through finding the right integrations, partners, or resellers.

Our Growth Marketing team is the driving force behind Easygenerator reaching new audiences. They orchestrate strategic campaigns to build awareness, attract new customers, and drive business growth. They also create educational content on Employee-generated Learning and how to get the most out of our tool.

The team is highly data-driven: each marketing initiative is based on research, analysis, and testing. These factors shape how they showcase our brand and product.

  • Growth Marketing is split into two teams:
  • Paid Media and WebsiteContent

Fueling our data-driven ethos is the Business Intelligence (BI) team. Led by a product owner, with the expertise of data engineers and an analyst, they transform raw data into clear insights for all our departments. Their reports mirror our past and chart our future. Thanks to BI, our strategies are grounded in reality and optimized for success.

Our Customer Success team empowers our customers to reach their learning goals, unlock more value, and maximize their return on investment when implementing Easygenerator.

 

They design case-specific success plans that consider client objectives and anticipated challenges, enabling the seamless rollout of Employee-Generated learning.

 

On top of that, the team offers practical training sessions to authors and provides unparalleled support through live chat. These efforts are key to us delivering on our brand promise: making knowledge sharing as easy as possible.

Our Support Team ensures that Easygenerator is as easy as it promises to be. Operating 24/5, with a day team and rotating evening and night shift teams, they respond to queries in just under 1.5 minutes (hence our 99% customer satisfaction rate). Each member is trained to understand every nuance of Easygenerator—functionally and didactically—and is proficient in all our resources.

 

Our support managers focus on three core tasks: qualifying the issue, identifying its nature, and delivering immediate solutions or workarounds. Collaboration with technical and product teams ensures a well-rounded experience for our authors. Our support roles offer a unique path for growth—whether you excel in advanced technical troubleshooting, onboarding, or operations, there’s room for you to specialize.

Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the first point of contact for potential customers. They help organizations discover whether Easygenerator can be the right tool for their e-learning needs.

 

Within this team, we have two roles:

  • Outbound BDRs proactively seek out organizations that can benefit from our tool. They take a multichannel approach in contacting prospects that fit within our buyer persona.
  • Inbound BDRs follow up and qualify inbound leads received through our marketing campaigns.

 

BDRs work hand in hand with the Sales team, booking client demos and providing vital information that helps close sales.

Our Sales team acts as a facilitator that guides prospects in making informed decisions on whether Easygenerator is the best solution for their needs. The team consists of Account Executives; they take charge of the entire sales cycle, from conducting demos to securing signed agreements.

 

Our Account Executives make exploring our solution as seamless as possible, tailoring the conversation to each prospect’s needs and challenges. They help prospects envision how our tool, and Employee-generated Learning, would fit within their learning ecosystems.

Our Quality Assurance team upholds Easygenerator’s exceptional quality standards. They design and perform tests at every stage of the product lifecycle, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the Product and Development teams to ensure excellent deliverables.

 

QA holistically examines new and existing features. They take into account diverse stakeholder perspectives spanning from developers to end users. They look at a variety of factors: accessibility, robustness, performance, and many more. Additionally, QA processes any bugs and issues reported by our customers through our support teams.

Our DevOps team ensures a smooth and successful software delivery process. They build, maintain, and update our infrastructure, as well as increase the speed and quality of delivery.

 

They provide the Development team with essential tools, and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for automated delivery. This enables our teams to effectively test and release new features.

 

Furthermore, our DevOps engineers ensure that we stay up to date with the latest software and security updates. They release weekly updates that improve the user experience and meet the demands of our expanding customer base.

Corporate Team

Thousands of customers trust Easygenerator with their data; we take this responsibility seriously. Our Privacy & Security team follows strict legal regulations and standards to ensure the highest level of security for protecting data.

 

The team adopts a comprehensive, end-to-end approach to privacy and data security. They follow and implement the latest technology to make Easygenerator even more secure.

The Communications team is the primary hub for orchestrating internal and external communications. They strategically shape and convey our vision and mission to various stakeholders. They collaborate with other teams to ensure that all messaging is aligned with our Easygenerator’s objectives.

 

Internally, the team ensures that employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with our goals. Externally, they implement strategies that enhance our reputation, build brand awareness, and maintain positive relationships.

Our Finance team supports the financial stability and sustainability of the company. Internally, they handle the accounting cycles on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis across our offices and hubs worldwide. They manage our payroll system and play a vital role in overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for our internal stakeholders. They ensure that the spending of financial resources aligns with our organizational goals.

 

Externally, the team oversees the management of orders and payments received from customers. They also process payments to our contractors and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
