Nemko is a global company with more than 800 employees across 10 countries. It provides safety, security, and sustainability of products and systems by providing third-party assurance and solutions. Founded in 1933, Nemko has a long history and a dedicated workforce with some employees who have been with the company for 30 to 40 years. As Digital Learning Manager, Stefania Lusso is responsible for ensuring that employees have access to the knowledge they need when they need it. But with only one person managing digital learning, Nemko’s training wasn’t keeping up with business needs. Meanwhile, long-tenured employees were retiring, taking decades of expertise with them. Stefania knew there had to be a better way.
Challenge
Before adopting Easygenerator, Nemko relied on a gamified training tool that—while effective—was complex and time-consuming to manage.
