We are thrilled to introduce the Automated Translation Glossary! This feature allows organization admins to create a customized glossary of terms and their translations in multiple languages. With the glossary, any auto-translated courses within your organization will reflect these custom terms, ensuring high-quality and uniform content across all regional projects.
It’s ideal for maintaining consistency in brand names, character names, model names, and other unique terms. It’s also a great way to help new team members learn preferred terms or translations quickly.
Here at Easygenerator, we’re always on the lookout for new ways to simplify sharing your knowledge. Now, authors can generate a QR code for their courses for seamless sharing.
You can share your QR code digitally, or, alternatively, download and print it for displaying in physical locations. Learners can access the course by scanning the QR code with their mobile device, which redirects them to the course’s private link.
Last month, we added Japanese to our supported interface languages. You can easily switch to Japanese (or any of our other 11 languages) in your interface settings. Go to Settings, then My Account, and select Japanese from the interface language dropdown. Refresh your page, and voilà!
